The majority of our products are covered by a warranty. We have put in place a clear policy to simplify warranty processing and limit the unnecessary transport of ineligible batteries.
Automotive applications : 36 months — 100% coverage (no pro rata)
Commercial, industrial and marine applications : 12 months — 100% coverage (without pro rata)
What our warranty doesn't cover:
· Overcharged battery
· Battery discharged (black eye — see explanations below)
· Sulphated battery (e.g. swollen)
· Physical damage (e.g. cracked case, damaged posts, punctured battery)
· Improper maintenance (for batteries with access caps)
· Battery beyond its warranty date
Important — read carefully
We use the visual indicator (the “eye”) to establish the initial condition of the battery before diagnosis. Here's how to interpret its appearance:
🟢 Green eye: The battery is sufficiently charged to be tested. If the warranty is still valid and the visual condition is in conformity, our driver will be able to collect it for evaluation.
⚫ Black eye: The battery is discharged. In this state, no diagnosis can be made. You must recharge it until the eye turns green before any warranty claims.
(Note: in 98% of cases, a battery whose eye reverts back to green is fully functional.)
⚪ White eye: indicates low electrolyte level, usually caused by overcharging.
Note: Our driver will NOT recover batteries with any of the defects listed above. Please check the condition of your battery before requesting a return or diagnosis.

To extend your battery’s life, it all starts with the right charging profile. Select AGM/gel for sealed lead-acid batteries and LiFePO₄ for lithium; a smart charger will then adjust current and phases (recovery, absorption, float) without overheating or overcharging. Avoid repeated deep discharges and schedule regular maintenance charging when the equipment sits idle: a few hours of float keeps capacity healthy. For storage, keep the battery in a dry, temperate place, disconnect parasitic loads, and perform a periodic top-up. Before putting it back into service, check status (voltage, clean and tight connections) and run a full charge with the proper profile. Charged and stored correctly, your battery delivers more runtime—and lasts longer.
A hybrid solar system combines the autonomy of off-grid with the flexibility of the utility grid: you self-consume during the day, charge the battery with any surplus, then automatically draw on storage at night. When loads are covered and the battery is full, excess energy can be exported to the grid (with anti-islanding that stops backfeed during outages for safety). In practice, it’s a flexible, reliable, and cost-effective approach: you prioritize your own consumption, store for later, and keep power during blackouts—a smarter way to use energy that adapts to your needs.
